2 fresh dates, pip removed
10 dried apricots
2 cups almonds
1/2 cup macadamia nuts
or 1/2 cup pecan (what ever nuts you like)
1/2 cup sultanas
2 teaspoons cinnamon
a few drops of vanilla
1/4 cup coconut oil melted
2 teaspoons macra powder (if you have it)
desiccated coconut for rolling
combine nuts and dried fruit in a blender, until it resembles chunky breadcrumbs. Pour in the coconut oil. Roll into balls and then in coconut. Store in the fridge.
