My family tells me I have to share this recipe (well its not even a recipes).
Its just a delicious after dinner treat.

1 packet Ginger Thins (Anna's is the brand)<br>1 tub of Maggie Bear, Burnt Fig, Honeycomb and Caramel Ice Cream <br><br>This could be the best ice cream ever (a big call) but its simply delicious!!<br><br>Sandwich a small scoop of ice cream between 2 biscuits. Its that simple but its YUMO!!!
